We install the Trippe Lights (Running lights)

Engine compartment works gets completed

We finishedd the Engine compartment work in time for the Memorial Day Parade, but not without drama. I did not get the oil filter assembly back together quite right and dad took a test drive trailing a streak of oil. The issue was quickly resolved and we are good to go.

Tear down begins

work begins

4-15-2011 Hood comes off in preparation for engine detail. Engine color is the incorrect for the year. It needs to be a dark Buick green. We will start with tear down and degreasing.

Start of new Project

This is the first project under a new Dearth family consortium involving myself, my father and my brother. The first car purchased is a 1932 Buick with a custom Town Car open body. The car was located in a museum in Chicago. We will need to complete some freshening in order to bring this car to the next level.
